What is the right time to work with Flywheel’s analytics team?

We typically work with people who are:
Updating their website. This can be a new experience, design, or back-end CMS change–anything that might affect the data they track.

Looking to align CRM/server-side data with marketing data. Typically, they’re working with Segment or Hubspot and trying to get the most of it.

Seeking clarity on their attribution. They’re using a last-click model, or platform’s 7-day click/1-day view model, or they don’t know what model–and are looking for a better perspective.

How are you adapting to a ‘cookieless’ future?

As client-side data (in the browser) becomes less reliable, we are helping our clients set up server-side systems to complement them.
Also, we advise clients: don’t stress too much! Third-party cookies are being phased out now, but first-party cookies aren’t going anywhere anytime soon, and most of the core pixels marketers use (Google, Meta, et cetera) are now first-party.

How do you ensure privacy compliance?
We follow the standards of GDPR and CCPA, currently the most active, stringent regulations. However, we do recommend businesses, develop their own perspective on the compliance that matters to them.
How do you visualize data?
We use Looker Studio as our default dashboarding software. However, we also have experience building visualizations in Tableau, Hubspot, and more.
